Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - NORTH AMERICA
ETK DENIM allows returns and exchanges within 10 calendar days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged and unwashed. The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with any return. Failure to do will cause your return to be denied. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at etkdenimllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
If ETK DENIM determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
